Lyle has been with the Emmanuel Foundation *wince* 2004 and has now been the Executive Director for 13 years. Before working at Emmanuel Foundation, Lyle pastored the Calvary Community Church from 1988-2004 in Edmonton, as well as the Caribou Christian Life Fellowship from 1978-1988.
On his off time, Lyle enjoys spending time with people, especially his wife Addi and grandkids.
Addi joined Emmanuel Foundation to support her husband Lyle and heads up the amazing team of volunteer women who sort the clothing at Emmanuel Foundation. She loves people and raised 3 wonderful kids, and now is working on grandkids.
In another life, Addi could have been an interior designer, and has a wonderful eye for detail; her house is immaculate and beautiful, but more importantly always welcoming to friends and those in need.
Deryk started working for the Emmanuel Foundation after graduating from Trinity Western University with a degree in marketing and leadership management. His favorite part of working for Emmanuel Foundation is the people he gets to interact with, the variety of work, and the impact Emmanuel Foundation has for God’s kingdom.
On his off time, Deryk loves playing sports; hockey, soccer, basketball, roundnet, and water skiing are his current favorites. He loves to talk about sports, business, theology, fixing vehicles, and life. He recently got engaged and will be getting married in May 2020.
Op is a Professional Communications student at MacEwan University. She joined Emmanuel Foundation in 2019 and helps manage their social media and marketing campaigns. Her favorite part of working for the Emmanuel Foundation is the endless opportunities to create ideas as she interacts with people in and out of the foundation.
On her days off, she enjoys playing musical instruments (piano, trumpet and currently learning guitar), reading historical fiction novels, watching movies, and writing short stories.
Our amazing team of volunteers are the unsung heroes who make the Emmanuel Foundation a possibility. They work tirelessly, with a smile on their faces, representing the Emmanuel Foundation wherever they go. Volunteer Here
We are so thankful and blessed by these individuals.
